Our paediatrician consultations look at more than senses. They explore the underlying neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, PDA, sensory processing, anxiety and sleep) that contributes to your child's sensory differences, and how to support the whole child.
Consultations offer general guidance and signposting. They are not a formal diagnosis or treatment, and they are not for emergencies. If you are worried your child is at risk, seek urgent medical care.

Email contact with the expert
Nate, the intake assistant, asks you four short questions about your child and passes your answers to Dr Ozer, who replies personally. Your email question can be up to 300 words, and Dr Ozer replies within two to three working days.

Telephone consultation with the expert
Up to 5 minutes on the telephone with the expert, to talk through the concerns on your form. After payment, our admin team arranges your call within four to five working days and emails you the agreed time.

Thank you for contacting us. I'm Nate, and I'll ask you four short questions, one at a time, and the expert reads every answer. One thing first: the email and telephone consultations are about suspected neurodivergence, not about treating sensory difficulties themselves. If a medical or hearing concern is your main worry, please contact your GP. So, do you have concerns that your child may have neurodivergence contributing to their sensory differences? You can say Yes, No or Not sure.
Nate is an assistant, not a clinician. He takes your answers and the expert reads everything before replying. In telling him about your child you are giving your consent to be contacted, and you may unsubscribe at any time. If your child has signs that worry you medically, read Safety first: those need same-day medical advice rather than a consultation.
A consultation gives you guidance and next steps. It is not an assessment or a diagnosis, and it does not replace your child's clinical team.
Nate's answers and your contact details are saved with the booking only, not in your child's profile, and are visible only to you and the admin team. Telling Nate about your child is your consent to be contacted about this request, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
