Refunds & Cancellations
Changing your mind about expert contact
You may ask for a refund if you change your mind about contact with the expert. Contact the administrator at info@special-brains.com. Any appointments booked will be cancelled, and you will not receive any email contact.
What this covers
The SenseExplorers app itself is free. There is no subscription, no membership fee and nothing to cancel. A refund request only relates to a one-off payment for contact with the expert: £15 for email contact, or £45 for a telephone call of up to 5 minutes.
When a refund is agreed, the booked call or email contact is cancelled and you will not receive any email contact from Dr Ozer about it.
Your booking record is updated to show the cancellation, and you can see this in the My bookings section of your parent area.
